Seaford Campus

There is no greater community hub in Australia than the pub. And our southern congregation, known as "The Church in the Pub" meets regularly in the heart of their community at Seaford - the Seaford Hotel

The second campus at Seaford came about when Aberfoyle Uniting Church heard God's call to evangelise in Adelaide's south. It was set up after much planning and prayer and has resulted in a church that takes the best of Aberfoyle - evangelism, an emphasis on relationships and finding opportunities to serve Christ locally - and planting that in another community.

The pastor at Seaford, Brant Jones, came to the church as an experienced church planter. He is leading the new church on an evangelistic path - reaching out to a community in need and becoming involved. The church is also growing in a real way where the congregation can feel safe enough to be totally open and honest about their faith and can mature as individual Christians - learning how to love, learning about how to let God speak to them and growing in their faith.

The Pastors from Aberfoyle Uniting Church provide support in their specific areas of ministry to both campuses. Preachers and musicians are shared across both campuses.

The church has a team of leaders who are sincerely seeking the will of God for the local congregation and community at Seaford. The church wants to connect with the community in a way that creates hope and enthusiasm for life.

So why come to "The Church in the Pub"? We're a congregation of down-to-earth, real people who want to get their hands dirty and do something meaningful for the Kingdom of God, while becoming confident in our faith, ourselves and encouraging others. You can be assured of a warm welcome.
