 Download Bible Reading Plan

Journalling is an excellent way to both record and process what God has spoken to you. It's also a useful tool to use at a later time, to reflect on and review some of the revelations you have received. Without writing them down, you may forget these blessings and some very important lessons.

While journalling is a very personal time with God, you may want to share some of your daily journalling with your life group or leaders. Through discussion, you may be able to look deeper into what God is saying to you personally, as well as gain new insights and even encourage others.

What an amazing opportunity journalling provides for all of us to:

Read through the Bible each year.

Be studying the same Bible passages each day.

Share with one another the way God has been speaking to us through our daily journalling.

Grow together in maturity and become more like Jesus Christ.

Take it slow and keep it simple. If the amount of allocated reading is a little too much to begin with, just concentrate on the New Testament reading. If you happen to miss a day, don't feel compelled to play "catch up". When we play "catch up" we stop listening carefully to what God might want to say to us. We encourage you to daily set aside the time where you can encounter God through reading His word and the intimacy of prayer.

Aberfoyle Uniting life journals are available from the Church Office for $5.00 each.
